Riverview Medical Associates is offering our patients easy and secure access to their medical information online, so you can view your personal health record whenever and wherever you have access to the Internet!

Gain access to your private health information and receive periodic updates and reminders from your doctor on your personal e-mail address!

To access the Patient Portal, please perform the following steps:

1. Sign up for your username and password.  Call us at 732-741-3600 and ask to be WEB ENABLED for the Portal.  Make sure to verify the cell phone number we have on file as this can be used to log on to your portal.
2. You will receive an email with your username and password; however you have immediate access.  Simply click on the link below and enter your first name, last name and cell phone number.  You will receive a text with a one time passcode each time you follow this instruction; and you will be able to log on to your portal without using your username and password.

Once on that page, click VIEW HEALTH RECORD to get to the login and password prompts.
